Terms of Service

 

Services

Maid to Shine provides residential cleaning services based on the package selected at booking. Services are limited to the agreed scope. Tasks not listed in the selected service are not included unless approved in advance.

We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, wear, damage, mold, or heavy buildup.

 

Condition-Based Pricing

Final pricing is based on the condition of the home at the time of service. Homes with excessive buildup, pet hair, clutter, or neglect may require additional time or service upgrades.

Clients will be notified before any condition-based upgrade is performed. Declining an upgrade may result in limited results in affected areas.

 

Access & Preparation

Clients are responsible for providing access to the home at the scheduled time. Pets must be secured, and clutter should be minimized to allow full access to surfaces.

If access is denied or limited, Maid to Shine reserves the right to charge a trip or lockout fee.

 

Safety & Liability

Maid to Shine does not move heavy furniture, appliances, or personal items. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, unstable items, or improper installations.

Clients must notify us of fragile or sensitive items prior to service.

 

Satisfaction Policy

Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service. Maid to Shine will address issues related to the original scope of work.

Refunds are not issued for declined upgrades, inaccessible areas, or services performed outside the agreed scope.

 

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Recurring clients may keep a card on file. Pricing may change based on condition, size, or service level.

 

Right to Refuse Service

Maid to Shine reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, aggressive animals, hazardous materials, or inappropriate behavior.
