Refund Policy

Maid to Shine does not offer refunds for completed services.

If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service. We will address concerns related to the original scope of work.

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Declined condition-based upgrades

  • Inaccessible areas

  • Permanent stains, wear, or damage

  • Services outside the agreed scope
